Welcome to Kings.sh ("the Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

            - Exploiting bugs, glitches, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
            - Engaging in fraudulent behavior or cheating.
            - Attempting to sell, trade, or exchange Credits or Items for real money or other items of value outside the Platform.
            - Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
            - Distributing or promoting malicious software, viruses, or other harmful code.
            - Using automated systems or bots to interact with the Platform.
            - Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without permission.
            - Sharing or distributing personal information of other users without their consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform, and we disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
